I live next door to a property that this company are patrolling. The owners of the building shut my water off (they are refurbishing) without telling me. When I got home from work, I found I had no water. I went next-door to see if I could find anybody to speak to. The only people that were there with this security company. Their staff were amazing. Whilst not their job, they contacted their head office, and their head office contacted the site manager, who then contacted the contractor. Without the fast and attentive help of this company, I would’ve had no water all night. Fast K9 literally saved the day. Their staff on site were kind, helpful and supportive, and the actions behind the scenes were quick and effective. If you need a security company to patrol your buildings, and keep good relations with the local community, this has got to be your go to company. Cannot recommend their efficacy, empathy and professionalism enough. My water was restored before I went to bed.
